HOW-TO SCHEDULE AN ARENA RENTAL

STEP 1

Click "Create New Account"

Note: If you bring multiple riders, you only need one account.

STEP 4

Click "Search or Schedule Appointments" and then click "new appointment".

STEP 2

Please fill out your "Billing Info".

Note: We do not take payments through this app or use it for billing.

STEP 3

Now it will ask more specific info about the rider. Since you'll be bringing your own horse, you don't have to fill out height and weight information.

STEP 5

Find a day and time that works for you and click.

-The white empty boxes are available.

-You can also schedule next to a lesson slot. An easier way to do this is to modify the instructors under the Display menu (red arrow).

Note: If you are bringing multiple horses, it might be best to pick an empty slot.

STEP 6

Include how many riders will be attending in the notes section and click "continue" twice and you are done!
